There are enormous benefits to having one person, Brandon Bailey, as designer, estimator and installer. There are no middle-men or chains of command to sort through. As a client, you have direct access to the decision maker to express any concerns or comments and have them answered without delay. This helps ensure that your original vision is fulfilled.

Brandon Bailey is present at all meetings with Integrity clients. Our purpose at the first meeting is simple. We listen to what you want, what you need, and how you live. Through this we will define what to do with your space. Do you need a patio? A wall? Curb appeal? Or a natural solution to creat privacy? We delve into how you intend to use your space or what your space needs to accomplish.

Budget is also a critical part of the first meeting. Before designing a plan for your property, we make sure all of your desires fit your budget. We will explain how material choices affect costs. Depending on your budget, we may explore various options, including "phasing" your project. By the end of the first meeting, we will achieve clarity on expectations and budgeting. This will direct us in the next critical phase: design.

Following the first meeting, Brandon creates a detailed design for your project based on your needs and desires. Function plays a major role in the design process. Brandon will consider how each element will be used, the execution of flow and function, and the beauty of your project.

A formal estimate is presented based upon the design and the initial meeting. We will then work together to fine tune any details and put the finishing touches on your Master Plan.

Brandon Bailey is on-site every day of installation to supervise all aspects of your important project. We start with any demolition that may be necessary, followed by the hardscapes and then the softscapes (plantings). Brandon ensures that each step is conducted systematically, thoughtfully and thoroughly with the utmost precision. There is great satisfaction in knowing that your property will be treated as if it was our own.
